The SunLED XZTHI56W-1 is an infrared right-angle surface mount LED in a 3.0x1.0x2.5mm (1104) package, with a peak wavelength of 880 nm.
It is rated 2.3 mcd typical (1 mcd minimum) at 20 mA, with a forward voltage of 1.3 V (1.6 V maximum).
Its water clear lens gives a 30° viewing angle.
It is halogen free, and operates from -40°C to +85°C.
